Our farm benefits from rich sandy loam soils, easy access to groundwater, and decades of experience growing and delivering premium fodder throughout South Australi.
Harvesting Excellence – From Cut to Bale
We grow and harvest irrigated Lucerne across multiple cuts each season, ensuring the best quality at every stage:
- 1st Cut: Often the thickest and most fibrous, ideal for cattle feed due to its high volume and roughage.
- 2nd Cut: A balanced blend of protein and softness, making it suitable for a wide range of livestock.
- 3rd Cut: Finer in texture, this cut offers higher protein levels and is often preferred for horses and dairy cows.
- 4th Cut: The softest and leafiest cut, with premium quality ideal for high-performance animals and niche markets.
Alongside Lucerne, we also grow oaten hay, baled with care to retain nutritional value and ensure consistent quality.
